Online Poker Room Guarantees Millions
Online poker room TitanPoker.com has announced plans to stage a tournament in March offering players the chance to win a share of two million dollars in guaranteed prizes.
The Two Million Dollar Guaranteed Poker event is set to be one of the largest online tournaments of the year for the site on the iPoker Network. Players may either buy-in to the main event or win their seat through a series of sit and go tournaments and multi-table qualifiers for less than four dollars.
This event is the latest in series of tournaments staged by TitanPoker.com, which recently held the Tournament Titan, a million dollar free-roll open to only 20 skilled poker players. The site also hosted the European Championships of Online Poker (ECOOP) 2007 last month and awarded more than $2.5 million in guaranteed prizes over ten consecutive days.
In addition, TitanPoker.com regularly awards players with seats to some of the world best-known poker tournaments including the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas and international World Poker Tour and European Poker Tour events. The site stated that 2008 would also see it sending players to Aussie Millions, the Irish Open and the South American Poker Open.
