    Pai Gow Poker is a traditional Asian game requiring a studied approach to
    beat not one, but two dealer hands. In this game, you split seven cards
    into a five-card hand and two-card hand. Your hands are compared to the
    dealer’s two hands. Study your hands well and you will beat both of the
