Speed returning to U.S. looking for new ride
Scott Speed, the only American driver in Formula One until he was fired several weeks ago by the Scuderia Toro Rosso team, may be heading back to the United States to race next season. "It has been a great ride, but I'm coming home," Speed wrote in a letter to his fans on his Web site. "Over the past five years I have had the privilege of driving at some of the most challenging and exciting racing circuits in the world.
