One More For Online Casino Act
In America, another member of Congress has pledged to support Barney Frank’s proposed Internet Gambling Regulation and Enforcement Act (IGREA), bringing the total number of co-sponsors for the legislation to 45.
Congresswoman Ellen Taucher is currently serving her sixth term as a representative from California's Tenth district and is the Chairman of the House New Democrat Coalition, the largest centrist caucus in the House of Representatives. This group is charged with enacting policies that maintain US competitiveness, meet the challenges of globalisation and strengthen national security.
Taucher is also a member of the Aviation sub-committee, the powerful Highways, Transit and Pipelines subcommittee and Chairman of the Strategic Forces Subcommittee. In addition, she is only the third woman to lead an Armed Services Subcommittee and a member of the Water Resources and Environment subcommittee.
